Your honesty with your faith has been brave. It's been inspiring to see you claw your way out of the hole of “I'm not talking to God!” I’ve been there myself. You make me want to try harder with my prayer life. I hope we get the chance to pray together in person someday.

It was a year ago.....and all along the traveled roads going West, souls went with you.....felt every bit of your pain, tried to offer their best words to comfort you.

And they prayed.

Would that you could have known then what you wrote today ....a testament to your strength and the courage to look deep to find it.

And saying "I told you so" .....

I just can't pass it up. Lol

I mean, please don't let this disabuse you of the idea that I'm a complete and total disaster...lol

As a survivor of my parent's divorce, I applaud your desire to avoid any further war zone for your children. I hope your wife will do the same.

"No atheists in foxholes." True. Keep praying, my friend.

It does seem you are on the cusp of something new. I’m excited to see what that is. Thanks for being so honest with us this past year. Your journey is inspiring.

I read your posts on Facebook from July 6, 2020 and May 9, 2021 - just beautiful what you said about your wife. Praying for you and your family!

I'm so glad you're praying. And FWIW, know that you are not alone in the aloneness and the whole "what is the point of getting out of bed if I can't imagine a future" thing.
