This post began its life as a subsection of a longer piece I put together about the strange things that are happening in our skies. Since it was sort of a long digression, and felt like it could stand alone, I decided to separate it out here. As I’ve mentioned before, I have had an interest in the topic of UFOs for most of my life. I find the public revelation that the US Military has been aware of and at times engaging with UFOs for years absolutely fascinating, and so I write about those developments as they happen.
It's a good question. As a guy who has never seen a UFO before, I can only speculate on the possibilities. I'm trying to be objective, so I start with what seems most likely, and then venture out to the more mysterious.
A. Advanced human top secret technology. (The main players here would be U.S. , China, Russia and maybe Israel).
B. Extra Terrestrial. Maybe there are other humans out there from distant galaxies or solar systems or it could just flat out be an alien species, dunno.
C. Preternatural. I only include this because it seems to come up in discussion with very devout people. I don't buy it, but let's put it on the list. I would be curious what you and other readers think as far as possibilities.
Perhaps part of the surreal feeling was that at some level you had a sense of being seen by what (who) you saw. If/as you delve into the phenomenon more deeply you will likely see more of these kinds of objects. They often seem aware of who's interested.
